Typical Positions We Hire For
Equipment Operators
Excavators, dozers, loaders, graders, and more. Experience with heavy earthwork equipment preferred.
Truck Drivers
Dump trucks, water trucks, CDL preferred. Local routes throughout Kootenai County and the Inland Northwest.
Skilled Laborers
General construction, site prep, grading assistance. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn required.
Utility Workers
Underground work, trenching, pipe installation. Experience with utility installation a plus.
